Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce. 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 shallots, minced. 1 cup Marsala wine. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 cup heavy cream. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat pork tenderloins generously with mustard. Oil a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Regarding the massive amount of food waste in the United States. The USDA did the math and figured out that all the food we trash in the US is equivalent to 141 trillion calories, or 1,249 calories per capita per day.
