Today is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day, a day of observance in the U.S. when thousands commemorate an infant death or pregnancy loss. When she was born, the St. Aubins had only a few precious hours to hold Sophie and tell her how much they loved her. When she passed, they promised Sophie they would honor her memory by doing all they could to help other babies suffering from ARPKD. October 14, 2015.
