Saturday, August 28, 2010. My weapon of Choice - Felt Breed. I love this bike but there are downsides - 1 bottle cage, no pump holder, no tube bag, so this means that I carry my backpack when I ride the Breed but it is worth the inconvenience because I love this bike! It is fast (except 1 gear holds me back on long flats and uphill), it is light (except my 175 body weight adds too much weight to it but I love my food more than I love this bike so my weight is going to stay the same! New Years Day was partially spent driving to the Tampa area with a friend that I met doing Trans-Iowa. We did some mountain biking in the Florida rain! It was a blast. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. 3 Days and counting. Well tomorrow is our last day in Ohio. I love the song Bloodbuzz Ohio. By The National. It cracks me up! Ohio was our longest stay of the tour. We hit Pennsylvania for 1 day and then are home - yeah! This was a strange tree at Malabar Farm State Park. It had 2 bikes growing beyond it - oh wait those are our bikes! Riding down a Rail-To-Trail path heading towards Austinburg, OH. What a relaxing and enjoyable final 7 miles to a 70 mile day! Monday, June 28, 2010.

Monday, February 22, 2010. Snowboarding - Or Something Resembling It - LOL. On the way out to the ski area on top of the hill was frozen fog - very cool! Just another picture of the soon to be beautiful sun trying to peak through the clouds and fog. Yesterday a local ski area, Kissing Bridge. In Colorado. Maybe I am dating myself, but I look back now and realize what a deal that was! Snowboarding was the only option because I know how to ski and he really wants to learn how to snowboard so off we went!
