Bluff Top Shop Opening in May! Needless to say, and an understatement at best, it seemed like a lo-o-ng cold winter. A delightful spring season is coming to Wyalusing State Park. Soon wild flowers will be springing up and the bird migrations will be greeted by hundreds of birders who come to Wyalusing State Park. The Wyalusing State Park Concession stand is operated by The Friends of Wyalusing State Park, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to support, assist, and promote Wyalusing Sate Park with interpretive, scientific, historical, educational resources and related visitor services. The concession stand is air conditioned by two huge open windows and a couple of fans. Insect control is hand operated – one maybe two fly swatters. The canoes and kayaks are set to go. Enjoy the marked water trail this weekend. Eagles have been sighted in the back water. Canoes and kayaks can be rented at the concession stand located at Wisconsin Ridge campground. During the week, when the concession stand is closed, campers and park visitors can rent canoes from the camp hosts on Wisconsin Ridge and Homestead Campgrounds. Celebrating the Fall season. The Friends of Wyalusing concession stand has completed the summer season and looking forward to cool fall days. The concession stand is operated by the Friends of Wyalusing and all profits are returned to the park. The hours of the concession stand are Friday, Noon - 8PM, Saturday 8 AM - 8 PM, Sunday 8 Am - Noon. Thanks for the Memories. Another season at Wyalusing State Park concession stand has come. To a close. Thankfully, a warm, unseasonable October extended the season by 2-3 weeks. It has been a summer of extended rain periods and hot-humid temperatures. In between, campers and park visitors enjoyed all that Wyalusing State Park has to offer.
