Tuesday, May 24, 2005. DVD Releases For May 24. Out on DVD Today:. Another great film from Martin Scorcese, it chronicles the life and times of Howard Hughes. Scorcese has a great talent for using his scenery, filming every corner of a room, he does it brilliantly in this film. Also, great performances from Leonardo DiCaprio and Alan Alda. Wednesday, June 22, 2005. After going in with a hope that the film would be a success, I came out with my expectations having been blown away. This new Batman film is not only superior to all of the other Batman films, but is also superior to any of the other superhero flicks.
