Colonial Williamsburg and Pretzel Rolls. 2 and 3/8 cups unbleached, all-purpose flour. 15 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 teaspoons instant yeast. 1 1/4 cups milk, slightly warmed. Coarse sea salt for sprinkling. 4 tablespoons baking soda. After the first rising, punch down dough and shape into balls. Place rolls onto well greased cookie sheet and let rise 15 minutes.Preheat oven to 400*F. June 25, 2012 at 7:11 PM.

The Fruit of His Labor. A new father-to-be's daily struggle with coming to terms with his impending fate. Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Cry, Baby, Cry. I know meltdowns are typically at 1.5 years, of course, but the frequency of his are what bother me. I couldn't have imagined it would be a daily struggle coping with his multiple meltdowns.
