Jer – Fundamental Trajectory
https://fundamentaltrajectory.wordpress.com/author/jerramirez
October 23, 2015. Voting critically and avoiding name-calling. I’m cool with having people make up their own minds about the coming elections. For me, reading through the comments section of articles or essays is pleasurable because I’m seeing people caring about the country and fighting for what they think (or feel) is right. What irks me are people who use their intelligence to confuse people, like the one shown in the screenshot, commenting on a blog essay about MDS and BBM. Are the arguments logical?

My Wish List – I’m retaining this as a living document. Arsenal 125 Year Limited Edition Presentation Box. The Roger Federer shirt with his 15 grand slams. A box of chocolates like this. Book – Got Agassi’s book! Anything that may help me organize and preserve stuff (brochures and other printed matter) I got from London and Singapore. 8211; Got something like this! Special thanks: Ailen, for items 4 and 5.🙂. Updated without addition – 22/12/2014]. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.
Indochina – Day 4: Siem Reap to Bangkok – Fundamental Trajectory
https://fundamentaltrajectory.wordpress.com/2014/11/10/indochina-day-4-siem-reap-to-bangkok
November 10, 2014. Indochina Day 4: Siem Reap to Bangkok. Day 4: Siem Reap – Poipet – Aranyaprathet (border) – Bangkok. What could be more interesting than bugs. Right? The girls enjoying the buggy treat. Then it wasn’t so good anymore. Like, for a number (four? Of hours. There was a line for the immigration desk. Well, alright, what entry immigration desk doesn’t have a line? We finally got through. So now what? Crossing the land border from Cambodia to Thailand – an entire day you could not and w...
Indochina Day 5-7: Bangkok and Ayutthaya – Fundamental Trajectory
https://fundamentaltrajectory.wordpress.com/2014/12/29/indochina-day-5-7-bangkok-and-ayutthaya
December 29, 2014. Indochina Day 5-7: Bangkok and Ayutthaya. Day 5: Taling Chan Floating Market, Chatuchak Weekend Market, MBK. Day 7: Chao Phraya river, Wat Pho, Bangkok-HCM-Manila. I’ve been to Bangkok a couple of times before this trip but I was still really excited. There was little time around business trips so I didn’t really have a lot of time to see a lot of places around the city – and there’s a lot to see in Bangkok. One of the food boats in Taling Chan. Hua Lamphong Train Station. Small note b...

Nobody does nonsense better. Taking off my invisibility cloak, one post at a time. Hong Kong: The First Day. January 26, 2013. It’s really hard for me to act my age. Newer posts →. Hong Kong: A Prologue. January 10, 2013. Thanks to Arsenal and Cebu Pacific’s seat sales, I was able to go to Hong Kong last July 2012. We were there for around 4 days and 4 nights — not enough to explore everything Hong Kong has to offer, but we didn’t do so badly in terms of sightseeing. Click for larger pic. Etc The custome...

Nobody does nonsense better. Taking off my invisibility cloak, one post at a time. Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam (Indochina 2012). January 1, 2014. Original title was supposed to be Hoing in Ho Chi Minh but that’s disrespectful and highly inaccurate as there were absolutely no hoing involved. Pho-ing, on the other hand…. November 21, 2012. First, the lodging. I am happy to report that our stay in Long Hostel. Mrs Long helping us with our day’s itinerary. We only had one full day to sight-see, but really, you coul...

https://thethirdpeverell.wordpress.com/2012/10/20/off-the-grid-or-how-i-never-say-no-to-food
Nobody does nonsense better. Taking off my invisibility cloak, one post at a time. Off the Grid (Or how I never say no to food.). October 20, 2012. Why, yes please. It was back to SF for me on a Friday afternoon as we drove over to Fort Mason Center so we can check out Off The Grid. We had a very systematic approach to this visit, with the list of vendors printed out and all. The suggestions of people who has been there were even highlighted and noted. We take our food trip seriously! Ahmygaahhd, I never...

Nobody does nonsense better. Taking off my invisibility cloak, one post at a time. Hong Kong: Arsenal Asia Tour 2012. June 25, 2013. I only have a little over two weeks before I head of to Jakarta for the Arsenal Asia Tour 2013 and that is a glaring reminder of how remiss I’ve been about blogging. That is, I haven’t even posted about the Arsenal Asia Tour. So here it is. Fans Party, July 28, 2012. How dare that Chinese guy in the background look that bored when standing so near Arsene? This is a nice pool.

Hong Kong: The First Day | Nobody does nonsense better
https://thethirdpeverell.wordpress.com/2013/01/26/hong-kong-the-first-day
Nobody does nonsense better. Taking off my invisibility cloak, one post at a time. Hong Kong: The First Day. January 26, 2013. It’s really hard for me to act my age. Before we boarded said ferry, we took a few pictures along TST Promenade, which has a great view of the harbour and Hong Kong island. I’ve desaturated most of the pictures I took because the weather made everything grey-tinged anyway. There was something vaguely Hogwarts Express-ish about the thing especially with the displays of old timey c...

Nobody does nonsense better. Taking off my invisibility cloak, one post at a time. Hong Kong: Ngong Ping Village and Disneyland. April 16, 2013. Click to enlarge (image from http:/ www.mtr.com.hk/. There’s an MTR tourist app that might be helpful for planning journeys; we didn’t download that last year. They have these cooler cable cars that have glass bottoms but since the ticket’s more expensive and the weather was Sp*rs anyway, we chose the regular one. Finally, we arrived at Ngong Ping Village, which...

2013-2015 Travel Goals | Nobody does nonsense better
https://thethirdpeverell.wordpress.com/2013/02/24/2013-2015-travel-goals
Nobody does nonsense better. Taking off my invisibility cloak, one post at a time. February 24, 2013. When I write goals down– or better yet, publish them on the internet for the world to see– then I’m more inclined to make those goals come true. So I’m making a list of the places I want to go to for the next 3 years. Correction: list of places I WILL. Who wants to go with me? Back to the UK! And yes, this is for the World Cup. 2014 is the year of the B’s! I don’t know, but I made 2012 (Singapore, ...

Hong Kong: Ten Thousand Buddhas (and infinite embarrassment) | Nobody does nonsense better
https://thethirdpeverell.wordpress.com/2013/07/20/hong-kong-ten-thousand-buddhas-and-infinite-embarrassment
Nobody does nonsense better. Taking off my invisibility cloak, one post at a time. Hong Kong: Ten Thousand Buddhas (and infinite embarrassment). July 20, 2013. June 29, 2012, Sha Tin. You know how easy it is to get around Hong Kong via the MTR? Our last destination as tourists was the Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery, which was a grand Buddhist temple up a mountain peppered with statues of not ten, but thirteen thousand buddha statues. And found this place…. And then we realized– belatedly, as weR...

Fundamental Trading Diary
Fundamental analysis of the capital markets. Canada, the second largest country in the world by landmass, is home to 30 million people. It’s the most economically comparable nation in the world to the United States: just at 1/10th scale. After being more fiscally conservative than Americans — and rather smug about it, particularly after the 2008 credit crisis — a bi-polar economic structure has emerged which undermines the illusory Canadian prosperity. When oil rises, two key things happen: Americans buy...
