Meet the Cos – Public Health
https://fysop26publichealth.wordpress.com/meet-the-cos
I’m Alana Schwartz and I’m part deux of the Public Health focus area. I’m a Colorado native who’s never been on skis. I ventured to Boston to pursue a major in Public Relations and International Relations, but I’m still holding out for Food Relations to become a thing. I am overjoyed to coordinate PH with Giancarlo! Gaining Ground is a non profit farm in Concord that donates all of its produce to food pantries and different programs in the Boston area. Not only is all of this food free to those who need it, but this food is also both local and organic. A part of our environmental tab for Public Health this year focuses on access to healthier foods and we really enjoy how this community partner reflects that. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
