Today I surpassed my goal that I set for 2014 for a 1 rep max of 300 lbs on the back squat. My 1 rm today was 305 lbs! My previous 1 rm was 285. I’m on cloud nine! New Year Blah Blah Blahs. 2014 Goals (specific to training):. Do each week of the CrossFit Open. Squat 300 lbs 1RM (currently 285). 1 muscle up (currently 0😛 ). Am I the worst blogger ever?
