The Store's landscape is an interesting mix between formality and wilderness and uses both exotic and native plants including some of New Zealand's most maligned species to great effect. The Garden Design Chronicle. Wednesday, November 26, 2008. An olive underplanted with Salvia Nemorosa 'Blauhugel' (syn.S. 'Blue Hills'), the spires of. Acanthus mollis in the background. We’ve had a week of insane weather – last Saturday I awoke to rain, hail and wind and winter temperatures but by Tuesday we were back to fine spring weather and as my Mum was visiting from. I decided that we’d take a little family jaunt out to Lambley Nursery. But back to the wonderful the garden - the garden is containe...

http://googiesgarden.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html

Story of a garden, a gardener and a way of life. Thursday, September 29, 2005. Have been cutting up the blouses bit by bit whenever I have a spare moment. What was once a hideous dress is now beautiful pieces of fabric. I am about one third of the way through. I have done the most fancy ones first and now getting to the stage of "why did I want this one? Or "should I or shouldn't I cut this up? Posted by Googs @ 6:59 PM. Sunday, September 25, 2005. Friday, August 17, 2012. 18th August, Sydney Botanical Gardens. Today a friend and I went to the Botanical Gardens. It was a great time to see a lot of Aloes in flower in the Cacti and Succulent section of the garden. The other FANTASTIC thing was that all of the flying foxes have been driven out. Im looking forward to the recovery of a lot of trees that have suffered from the Flying Fox occupation. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sydney, nsw, Australia. View my complete profile. Nyere innlegg →. Desember 9, 2009 · 9:17 pm.
