屈指一数，我已经成为小组组长六个月了。从当初的挣扎、害怕、担心，到今天的得心应手，这一路走来都看到上帝的恩典与带领。这六个月来，在当中经历不少的事——感动、累但享受、被放飞机、失望、无力等。高潮到低谷，我都经历了。一开始，我担心：小组地点要在哪里？在教会吗？但其中一位就职兽医的姐妹，星期六要做工到六七点，若在教会她就会比较赶和累，也很大可能来不到小组，因她很少准时放工的。那如果在我家，其中一位弟兄没有车子，他每个星期六都需要到教会带领少年小组，肯定来不及过来，也极度不方便过来。怎么办？这是未开始小组前，我的担忧和挂虑。 8220;待会就是第一次小组了，好紧张，不晓得大家对小组的期待是什么？希望可以让大家填下委身表，立志出席每个星期的小组聚会。”心里对第一次小组有点七上八下，同时又带有少许的期待。 8220;我一直记得你说过的，我们这个小组的成立就是要做外展，因我们的关系已经建立上来了。所以，下次的小组我们一定要讨论来临圣诞节的外展。”这是其中一位组员告诉我的一番话。 8220;你们觉得营会中有哪些待改进的事宜？我们也可以公开给新人分享” 大家就开始轮流分享各自的看法&#12...但另一层的顾虑却是&...
