For the first time, it is expected an organization will receive a block size smaller than they qualified for, and/or an organization will be placed on the waiting list for unmet requests. You have been hearing it for a long time, and finally IPv4 address depletion has occurred in the ARIN region. On 24 September 2015, the ARIN IPv4 free pool reached zero, effectively triggering full IPv4 depletion. While we will continue to process and approve requests for IPv4 address blocks through the Waiting List for Unmet IPv4 Requests. Or through the IPv4 Transfer Market.
