GHOSE LABORATORYFrom bacteria to humans, the growth, survival and propagation of species depends on a delicately balanced network of protein-protein interactions in space and time. Loss of this balance or dysregulation of these interactions leads to significant physiological consequences including a host of human cancers. We investigate protein-protein interactions in terms of structure, dynamics and function using a variety of biochemical and biophysical tools, notably solution-state NMR spectroscopy.
