Sunday, December 28, 2014. We headed south on Saturday morning. Leaving Marc, Tracie, Olivia, Emma and Marcus behind to close up the house for the winter. I'm pretty sure their team took care of everything and eased the stress for me and Bruce. We had great traveling conditions until we left Pendleton. Snow was in the forecast. Wednesday, August 26, 2015. The smoky skies are giving us some pretty sunrises and sunsets. This morning the orange glow caught my attention and I shot this photo of the sun resting on the willow tree like a tiny bubble. The color of the sun was amazing. The evening sunset was just as amazing. The smoky hills and the glow of the sun made the perfect combination. Tuesday, August 25, 2015. The result looking west - beautiful colorful sky. Friday, May 29, 2015. Thursday, May 28, 2015. Baylor had T-ball practice. The practice fields are on Lake Wilderness. These are some of the houses across from the park. Nice! Flowers are in full bloom and the honey bees are working hard. This is a rhododendron. While Baylor practiced Elle and I explored. My favorite shot -. Elle will be turning six in just a month. Meanwhile back at practice - Baylor is up to bat. He can wack the ball like no other! Baylor watched from the fence. Wild Iris along the shore.

Monday, August 10, 2015. The Long and Hot Summer of 2015. We have lived in Central Washington since August of 1998. So, my Central Washington summer memories are only 17 years old. I am going on record saying, this is the longest, hottest summer ever! The temperature has been in the high 90's for weeks. I don't really mind hot dry weather but it's not so great for everyone. We count on the irrigation system to keep a green belt around our house for fire protection. The bucks showed up for some water.

He is such a cutie! A new Olivia story! Elle and Grandma work together to make edible necklaces. There are MANY other photos that show Elle eating the cereal and Grandma holding the licorice rope. Eighteen feet in motion. Friday, June 15, 2012. So I suck and am super behind. I'm not even going to attempt to post everything that's happened since we went to the Pumpkin Patch back in October so I will post the highlights. Fast forward to March 10th, my mom moved to Washington from Pennsylvania when she lost her job after 24 years of working for the company. She's become our live in chef and babysitter on the fly. We love having her with us and love that Jeff's growing up with her around.
