A Mid-Century Journey to Good Health and Happiness. December 31, 2012. Mushroom, spinach quiche. Thanksgiving and Christmas have come and gone and with them went 8 pounds. I should be happy but I know but the weight loss is going so slowly right now that I am getting a bit discouraged. I am happy though that I went home to see the kids at Christmas and I didn’t gain any weight despite indulging in some signifcant carbage! Posted in Personal Weight Loss Update. November 21, 2012.
