The Greater Clarksburg 10K has been named after Cecil Jarvis. He was truly a unique individual, a "one-of-a-kind". His multi-faceted life included being a lawyer, a newspaper publisher, an athlete, a community advocate, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and a friend. He shook off pain and stepped up, always well prepared to do his personal best.
