Thursday, December 30, 2010. Day 11: My Favorite Film. This is a really hard one for me because I LOVE so many movies. My favorite for the last few years has been the new Pride and Prejudice. Before that movie my all time absolute favorite is Forrest Gump! I love how history is incorporated into that story. It's fantastic. Taste of Home Magazine: Charlene Griffin]. 1-1/2 lbs. ground hamburger. 1/2 of a medium onion (any kind that you like- I used red and some green onion). 1/2 tsp minced garlic (if you don't have this just use garlic powder). 1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce (medium is my preference). 1/2 cup salsa (I used Pace Mild - it's our favorite). 1-1/2 cups cottage cheese (I used 1%). 8 flour tortillas (I think I used less). Add 1/2 cup salsa.

In My Book Bag. Thursday, April 9, 2015. I was so lucky because my Mom and Dad were able to give me a little break and took Bailey to visit them for a few days. Giving me a much needed respite; and the ability to sleep for 8 hours straight. It's AMAZING how rested I felt after getting some good sleep! Monday, May 13, 2013. Today I had the pure joy of sharing my testimony at my church. I was scared out of my mind leading up to it, but it was a wonderful experience having random (and not so random! I honestly am not exactly sure what I even shared today. The words just flowed. I am curios to hear the playback when it posts. I was counting on the two pages of notes I had written out - but I never even looked at them once. He was truly strong in my weakness. He's so kind. Born again. what is that?

I had not prepared my heart, my attitude could not be worse, the mommy-guilt could not be thicker, and I didn't feel like giving anything to anyone anymore today.
