Sunday, June 17, 2012. Wild West Birthday Party at Silver Spur Trails! The kids didn't just learn about horses and got to ride, there was much more offered at the ranch. A lesson in archery with a long bow and target shooting were on the program and everybody enjoyed it lots. The kids also met Abs, the young calf which they helped bottle feed at lunch time. The birthday party was wound up with a campfire. Everyone cooked their own hot dog on a stick and roasted marshmallows, what a lot of fun!
