The Moren Family: November 2006
http://morensintexas.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
The adventures of Chris, Sara, Skylar and Brooks. Friday, November 24, 2006. We hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving as much as we did . . . except for the fireball that is! We went to Tracy and Cy's house where they were going to fry the turkey. They had bought the fryer last year and used it on Christmas to fry up a perfectly delicious turkey. Well, in the time since its last use, Cy apparently forgot how to read a thermometer! Skylar had fun hanging out with the other kids but wasn't too sure about ...

The Hills Are Alive with the Sound of Cats and Dogs: Happy Halloween!
http://thehillhomeandfamily.blogspot.com/2009/10/happy-halloween.html
The Hills Are Alive with the Sound of Cats and Dogs. Mark and I had a great Halloween this year. We dressed up as a witch and a wizard for our church Trunk-or-Treat event on Friday night. Mark went a little nuts with the decorations and created an entire scene including a faux brick wall, fireplace with mantle (plus the creepy cat picture seen. And table with potions and jars of gross stuff (eyeballs, fingers, rats.). He's a cute monkey! And I'm a scary witch! YOU OUTDID LAST YEARS BEAR ATTACK!

The Hills Are Alive with the Sound of Cats and Dogs: Pet Costumes - Part 2
http://thehillhomeandfamily.blogspot.com/2009/10/pet-costumes-part-2.html
The Hills Are Alive with the Sound of Cats and Dogs. Pet Costumes - Part 2. Just to make things fair among the animals, I have found an equally awesome costume for Dave. How cute is this shark sweater? Not the cat, just the sweater). Made by Melisande of Youth Diaspora. If you're worried about Lizzie being left out of the Halloween festivities, don't be. She barely even let's me pet her, so I know better than to try to wrangle a costume onto her. Im so sure Dave would love this! Pet Costumes - Part 2.

The Hills Are Alive with the Sound of Cats and Dogs: June 2009
http://thehillhomeandfamily.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
The Hills Are Alive with the Sound of Cats and Dogs. We got together at my parent's house last night to celebrate Father's Day since my parents just returned home from their trip to Ohio and Canada. It was a pretty fun evening, but there aren't too many pictures to share. My Dad was a little camera shy last night. He's so coy, isn't he? Mark took this photo of Gwen right after saying, "Don't worry, we're family". Only 9 more weeks until Baby Ruiz makes his appearance. We're all waiting for him! Sometimes...

http://thehillhomeandfamily.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
The Hills Are Alive with the Sound of Cats and Dogs. I'm so sleepy today. (And so are these little ones) At least its FRIDAY! I LOVE Easter candy. A lot. I have a super sweet tooth year round, but there is just something different about Easter candy. It calls to me when I go to Target. It hops in my cart at the grocery store. And now I even seek it out on the internet. I found this photo on Flickr ( Iamspartacus9. 160;It makes me want to roll around in a pile of peeps! Thank you, ladies!

The Moren Family: Pumpkins and Carnivals
http://morensintexas.blogspot.com/2012/10/pumpkins-and-carnivals.html
The adventures of Chris, Sara, Skylar and Brooks. Monday, October 29, 2012. We went to the pumpkin patch earlier this month and picked out some pumpkins . . . now we are trying to find a time to carve them before Halloween! It is crazy how fast the time goes! There would have been some awful looking ballerinas and unicorns walking around the carnival if I was working the booth! The out fit, while big, looks way better on her! Chris as a rodeo cowboy trying to get our bull under control! Sunday afternoon ...

The adventures of Chris, Sara, Skylar and Brooks. Tuesday, May 22, 2007. Six on the Beach. This weekend I went to Corpus Christi with six friends to run the Armed Forces Day Beach to Bay Marathon (OK - actually it's relay marathon - 4.5 miles a piece, but that doesn't sound quite as hard! We had a great time and finished in 4 hours 12 minutes! The benefit to getting up that early was that I got to see a beautiful sunrise over the water! Posted by Sara Moren @ 7:12 PM 0 Comments.
