血管内超音波等画像解析を用いた臨床研究、細いカテーテルを用いた低侵襲治療、血管分岐部病変に対する新しい治療法 KGT 法 の開発、慢性完全閉塞病変に対するSARA テクニックなど冠動脈インターベンションの領域では、多くの臨床研究、多施設共同研究が行われ、最先端の知見を国内学会はもとより、アメリカ心臓病会議 AHA 、アメリカ心臓病学会 AHA 、国際インターベンション学会 TCT 、ヨーロッパ心臓病学会 ESC など国際学会で毎年発表しています。 多くの後期研修医が一定期間、不整脈グループに所属することにより、電気性理学的検査 EPS 、カテーテルアブレーション、ペースメーカー植え込み、植込型除細動器 ICD 植え込み、心臓再同期療法 CRT などに携わり、基本的診断手技の習得が可能となっています。 マルチスライスCT 64列 、心臓MRI などに最先端の循環器画像診断機器を有し、放射線科専門医との良好な連携により、次世代の臨床研究を行える環境にあります。 論文の作成 和文、英文 と学会発表 国内、海外 を行う。 Zu@isicc.u-tokai.ac.jp.
