Live below the poverty line acc. to MGD standards. Need short term crisis relief due fire, flood etc. Referrals are made by Community Workers, Schools and Clinics. Stock Cubes (12 cubes). Hearts to Hands Food Parcels:. 1 The household must have no formal income, or less than R200 per member per month. 2 CAST must be given a name and a brief description of the circumstances of each recipient. 5 Quarterly reports must be submitted by the local church on the progress of the programme. 6 The financial position and cooperation of each household must be re-evaluated every six months and the decision made of whether to continue to the support. Not that it's a problem but that it's an end of the chapter in my life. My family needs me more than we need a biological baby.
