On September 15, Honduras celebrated “Dia de la Bandera” which most closely resembles our 4. Kelsey with our cat Matias (who is actually a girl) and has invited herself to come live in our house despite much protest from the volunteers. The night was a blast to see people of so many different ages come together and put on incredible presentations. Part of my Olympiadas team with our team banner and dance costumes. Kids running around the auditorium with their team flags. Caro and I finally got a few walls of our room painted. It feels much more like home now. Taking patient vital signs during the Diabetes Club day.

Friday, February 18, 2011. This NBA Basketball season has been super exciting for us. We have been lucky enough to attend a bunch of Jazz games. All of the seats have been in the lower bowl and make the game so exciting! Wednesday night we landed the seats of all seats. Court-side next to the Jazz team! Check out the price of each ticket. Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Waiting at the top of the stairs. Jax took a peek over the balcony. Then rushed to the presents. This is Jaxon playing his new Paper Jamz Guitar. Santa got my letter! Jaden got everything on his list and then a few surprises! Jessica got everything on her list too. And of course some surprises! All presents were open and being played with by 7:45 am! Thursday, December 01, 2011. This year we started a new tradition for the month of November. Jaden was in a car accident on Halloween night. it was pretty bad. He walked away from it with no major injuries, but the car had about $6200.00 damage. We were so THANKFUL. He was alright, that the next day I made a THANKFUL. Jar, set it on the counter, where it sat the entire month of November. We wrote on little slips of paper. all month long. all the things we were THANKFUL. For Then we had a special THANKFUL.

Monday, September 05, 2011. Boys and Their Toys. Last week we bought a Jeep. We needed a third car and thought a Jeep would be fun to have. Little did we know how much entertainment this Jeep would be! We bought it Friday night. Saturday morning at 8:30 am this was the scene at our house. 3 boys checking out the Jeep. Stereo blasting (checking out the sound system). Making sure there were NO smudges on the car. Smiling from ear to ear. When we got home. they (the 3 boys) cleaned it up again.

Monday, January 10, 2011. Jaxon Rasch, the pickest eater on the planet, got an omelet pan from Santa. He has since learned how to make scrambled eggs all by himself, but more importantly, he eats them! On Dec. 29, there was a huge snowstorm. Ty got home a little late from work. I too was in Salt Lake and it took me longer to get home. When we arrived this is what was waiting for us. The drink prices were a little steep, but the dinner was fabulous!
