Adding Case Workers

Case Workers are assigned to a case by the Manager. They must be members of the organisation. A Case Worker has full access to the clients contact details and their case. They can access all information on a case except those marked as Private by another Case Worker. When a new case is started, whether for a new client or an existing one, it will be sent to the Manager for allocation. After allocation, the case will appear in the Case Workers case load.
