Mack Laing Heritage Society of the Comox Valley. Preserving the history of a great Canadian! Heritage BC Submission Package. In 2011, the purchase by the Town of Comox for 2.56 hectares (6.3 acres) of waterfront land, once known as the Baybrook Farm, was concluded. The property was purchased for $2.1 million with a three year purchase agreement between the Town of Comox, Mr. Bay and the Nature Trust of B.C.
