Just looking at it makes me want to go to The Fiber Event. And pick up another one (or two) from Hidden Valley Farm. There's not a speck of vegetation in this fleece and very little dirt. Sunday, May 16, 2010. In which I attend Shepherd's Harvest Festival. What a fabulous weekend we had at the Shepherd's Harvest Fiber Festival My 8-9th! I recently finished the Sophia Shrug. Several years ago, probably somewhere around 2008, I spun a nice worsted weight yarn from a lovely Coopworth wool/silk blend dyed by Hidden Valley Woolen Mills.
