Saturday, 28 January 2012. How I met Barry. This is what I wrote on facebook about how I met Barry and why I am with him. And still with him even though he gave me HIV. There is a lot more too it than this in fact . I would have to write a book to include all that happened for me and for him, but this is it in short - very short! Tuesday, 10 April 2012. Letter to my HIV Virus. I want to make it clear to you and all others that my virus for sure will die with me. I will never pass you on to anyone else. But until I die I live in a symbiotic relationship with you my virus in that you can't live without me, but I cannot shift you from my body. So even though I am on meds that keeps you, for now, under control, stops you getting the upper hand and overwhelming my body, I can not ultimately get rid of you except . Windows 7 Tune Up.

Wednesday, 12 June 2013. Social Exclusion and Isolation – HIV or just me? I have read many times over the years I have been HIV positive that many with HIV suffer social exclusion and isolation. I never through this would apply to me but sadly have realised it now does. I have no idea how much this is to do with being HIV positive and how much is to do with me, my personality, age, circumstances and perhaps underlying self stigmatising that I am unaware of. I was surprisingly never socially isolated.
