It depends on where your oil pan is located. If it is easily accessible then it shouldn't take too long. If it is in a place that is hard to reach, then your looking at the job taking a long time. A shop is going to charge you anywhere between $50-165 an hour. So shop arround! The gasket itself is arround $20 (at least for my car).
