The finance organization of Kraft Canada decided to create a three-day leadership academy for its entire organization of 120 finance professionals to increase their skills and understanding of complex technical and financial subject matter. What were the objectives? To train Kraft financial subject matter experts in how to develop complex content into training modules for the academy. What was our process? Assessing the needs of both the trainers and their potential audiences. What were the results?

After the introduction in 2009 of new legislation with widespread impact, a branch of a regulatory agency retained us to help them meet new legislative requirements. We led the creation of a change management plan required for the re-organization, which included creating a plan to successfully transition employees from their current functional team roles to new multidisciplinary teams.
