Feb 18, 2015. Today I was secretly hoping for a 2-hour delay, but no such luck. It's cold today! I made it to the gym, which is good. Gym days are usually good days. Even if all I do is walk on the treadmill at a 3.0 pace for 30 minutes (which is about all I can do right now). It does my mind and soul good. And usually I run into a friend or two from tennis so it's always fun to say hi and spend a quick minute catching up. She proudly replied, "yah! Well those were the highlights of my day. Aug 26, 2014. We got the internet. We got the internet yesterday, finally! I ordered the service from Comcast 2 weeks ago. We just got it installed yesterday. Don't get me started on the horrible, HORRIBLE service they have given us so far. I got our first bill today. We've only had service for 1 day, and already I have a bill. Ask me if I'm going to pay it:). But then there have also been days where I feel jolts of excitement about this house. Yes, we have a lot to do, but we can make it.

Because daddy's is sweaty, so I think I'm just sweaty." Love that kid. I should be working on my talk right now, but instead Thad and I are going to eat brownies and watch a "Chuck." Well, slightly burned brownies, and we're watching "Chuck on Thad's cell phone since Netflix isn't working on the TV. We'll take what we can get these days.

Sep 4, 2014. I don't know, right now, that option is looking very tempting. At least the bathroom tile is easier to clean. And at this rate, I don't know if he's going to be able to go to preschool next year because he's probably not going to be potty trained by then. He's almost 4 years old.
