Last Friday I took a day off work and had a jaunt down to Nagoya, and Saturday I met up with my friend and we went to see the ume. Plum) blossoms that have just started to bloom. Saturday 3rd October, a day without going to the gym! Yes, they DO exist! And I feel just a smidge guilty. I spent some quality time talking to a friend on the phone, and then just.decided not to go.
