My Personal Journey to 150 Lbs. 1) Quit Smoking – DONE 1/2/13. 2) Walk 3 Miles – DONE 1/3/13. 3) Walk 3.1 Miles under 60 minutes — DONE 2/2/13 — 3.13mi’s in 57:16. 4) Sign up for a 5K. 5) Train for a 5K. 7) Remove white starch from diet – DONE 1/3/13. 8) Get out of the PLUS-SIZED section. 9) Sleep better — DONE 2/26/13. LARGE GOAL : Become a Certified Dance Instructor. Goal 1: 10 Lbs by 1/20/13 — DONE! Goal 2: 20 Lbs by 2/14/13. Goal 3: 30 Lbs by 3/28/13. Goal 4: Sitting Pretty at 199 by 5/18/13.
