Su aislamiento y la dureza de su entorno natural no han favorecido su colonización ni el que pudieran prosperar. Sin embargo, aparte de los cetáceos, de los que ya hablamos, sus costas sí son el hogar de unas cuantas especies de pinnípedos que las ocupan bien de forma permanente o bien como visitantes ocasionales. Y ¿vamos a poder cargar las baterías de cámaras y móviles? Vayamos con la primera. No, no es necesario, todos los alojamientos tienen colchón y algunos hasta cama.
