Coromandel / Cathedral Cove. Cathedral Cove was near the top of my New Zealand bucket list. I came across some photo on Pinterest. While trying to plan, and was determined to go there if we could. in fact, we planned our stay on the Coromandel Peninsula specifically so that we could visit Cathedral Cove. for one - I love beaches. for two - I mean, come on. Getting drenched. as gorgeous as Cathedral Cove is, I don't think it would be ideal to be stuck there during a thunderstorm. Linking up with Bonnie.

This strawberry jello pie recipe came into my hands a few weeks ago. As part of my wedding shower, my mother-in-law requested that all the guests bring. A recipe with them (since both my fiancee and I love cooking). You'll be seeing a lot of these recipes show up here. This particular recipe was given to me by my Aunt Julie. She happened to have. The original recipe card that my Grandmother wrote it on. I love that it's handwritten. Last weekend, this was the perfect "family recipe" to bake together.
