On 18 July 2003 the body of Dr David Kelly was found at Harrowdown Hill in Oxfordshire. The Blair government shut down the coroner's inquest which had begun as a matter of routine to establish how, where and when. Update 10 October 2011. I am aware that some people are, quite reasonably, impatient for news of how the legal case is developing so I will do my best to try to satisfy your thirst for information. So far, the High Court has not indicated what date it expects to have reached a decision, though it is anticipated that it will make an announcement this year.
