Oven Baked Chicken Parmesan. 4 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast halves (about 1 1/4 lbs.). 3/4 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs. 1 jar Pasta Sauce (24-26 oz.) - any flavor. 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs, coating well. In 13x9 inch baking dish, arrange chicken. Thanks for sharing it.
