Monday, July 25, 2011. I got into bed last night and felt like I had wasted a whole weekend, I had basically done nothing but veg, a drastic change from any other weekend this year. Now that I think about it, it was most probably what I needed! Well it was not a complete veg. My weekend started on Thursday night, had a few friends over for dinner, a vegan dinner I might add, I attempted to make a vegan curry, but it was a complete fail and we were all very luck that Mish Mash was there to rescue me!
