Metamorphosis of a beautiful young redheaded girl. A fun portrait of a young redheaded girl becoming a beautiful young lady. I wanted her to appear as if she was just coming to life as a young woman much like a butterfly . Hopefully I achieved that. The colors were fun to work with. I’ve been working on adding interest to charcoal portraits. I added a Mantilla and Silver Jewelry to this model. I’ve collected vintage lace and Mexican silver. And values so the details aren’t great.
