My journey in switching over to a sugar-free lifestyle. Thursday, January 19, 2012. Today I'm looking for beef bones. Ones to make broth with. Grass fed beef. Mmm.hmmm. Expensive! I'm looking at prices to see if this is even feasible with my family. I know the argument that investing now in your health will prevent high costs later, but that same argument can be used for a lot of things. Buy good quality now so you won't have to buy it again for 10 years instead of 1-2 years for cheap. Well, guess what?

We packed up the fam and went to the happiest place on earth, DiSnEyLaNd! This worked out pretty well on the trip down, plus while we were in the condo. But there was a lot of eating out, and that was tricky. We ate at three different buffets, which was enough to last me for a year! There's got to be a way. Whole food diet while on vacation. Harrison is good at taking what I say and applying it. I think my style of teaching music has a lot to do with proper technique, musicianship, and theory.
