It doesn't matter where or who you are, if you're a boy and it's your birthday, you want some STEAK! We took Grace and Cos out to dinner for their birthdays with Christy. Tuesday, May 29, 2012. What a wonderful and relaxing weekend we had! This year was the first year in probably 9 years that we have not been at Possum Kingdom Lake for the Memorial Holiday Weekend, but it was wonderful to stay at home and spend time with friends. We hit 2 pools over the weekend with friends and the kids have "jumped" into summer! Reid has been and always will be our little fish and jumps right on in, even though the water is a little cold! Friday, April 15, 2011. Yesterday was a perfect day to take a few pictures in the Bluebonnets of Texas! We found a little cozy spot here in Burk and got a few good pics.we will go back next week to see if I can get a few more pictures of the kids together! Wednesday, June 20, 2012. TuTu and Sparkle Shoes. I am definitely raising a Girly-Girl! After nap today, Maren wanted to put on socks and shoes and pulled out her cute sparkle sketchers - then she found her birthday tutu and proceeded to wear that as well! Tuesday, May 11, 2010. And the countdown begins! 11 Days, yes only 11 school days left until my Summer Vacation starts! I have to say that if I was not a teacher, I would want to stay at home all the time! I love having my time with my little man! Since this is my first attempt at blogging, I will try to catch some of you up to speed! And I promise I will post pictures as soon as I can! This year has been full.of what? I am so happy with my job! That fall landed me a trip to the ER and a cast for 5 weeks!

Wednesday, October 10, 2012. I know I always refer to my kids as my babies, but to me, they will always be my babies. I love how much they are growing up and becoming their own personalities and I love catching them in their own element. Of course Maren has to do everything that her big brother does and she loves him so much! Reid does get offended that she will not give him hugs when he wants, but I tell him that by her mimicking what he does, that is her way of showing him that she loves him.

Monday, April 8, 2013. Day 3 was Grand Cayman.this was an interesting day. Jeff got a little irritated and I didn't take it very well and needless to stay he stayed on the ship this day. We didn't have any excursions we just walked and walked and walked. My two beautiful sisters and I (Sherra left, Jonna middle). Grand Cayman from the ship. Seeing this picture makes me want to laugh even more! She is laughing so hard I really thought she might pass out or something! Wow where have the past 12 years gone!
