Thanks, Laura, for the recipe that we love so much. 3/4 c lentils (or split peas). 1/2 c uncooked brown rice. 3/4 c onion (1 medium onion). 4-5 carrots, diced. 1 lb chicken, cubed. 2 2/3 c low-sodium chicken broth. 1 garlic clove, crushed.
