randomcrafter: September 2014
http://randomcrafter.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 4, 2014. It's all about pink flowers right now. Upon looking closer I could see that they were hibiscus plants and not newly planted. That meant that they had been in the ground over the past winter with temps down to 0, and would have to be hardy hibiscus. The flowers were 8-9" across. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I live in south Louisiana in the winter and east TN in the summer. My daughter is married and living 600 miles away. I am also Mom to 3 dogs: a yellow Lab, Ellie Mae...

Saturday, January 30, 2010. Friday, January 29, 2010. It breaks my heart when she walks into the door casings or gets so excited about eating and is running into things in her hurry to get to her food even with us trying to slow her down and protect her. There is lots of bubble wrap in use here on door frames, bottom of table legs, bar stools, etc., etc. Here she is on the back porch with Ellie and Zippy. Saturday, January 16, 2010. Wednesday, July 16, 2014. The weather has turned cooler and it's so wonderful. We are going to do a little work in the yard even though it has gotten later in the day. I know it probably won't last too long but it's so great while it's here. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. What I Wore Today. Unfurling - Mei Noel. randomcrafter: Daylily Pictures
http://randomcrafter.blogspot.com/2014/07/daylily-pictures_25.html
Friday, July 25, 2014. I took a couple of photos of the daylilies the other day. Here is Trahlyta. It was a free plant given from Oake's Daylilies at their Daylily Festival last year. It is always a fun time, beautiful flowers to enjoy, food, music - plus they give every visitor a free daylily! Another gift from a few yrs. ago. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sunday, July 13, 2014. Ok, Here I go again. This Northfield day lily has been blooming for a few weeks. We were fortunate to receive it at Oakes Daylilies last year when they had their open house It is much more yellow in person than it appears to be in this iphone photo. Maybe I'll try a few photos with our regular camera. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. What I Wore Today. Unfurling - Mei Noel. TheOutpost - it's warm in here, come in! randomcrafter: My little wagon and wheelbarrow
http://randomcrafter.blogspot.com/2014/07/last-summer-i-brought-little.html
Sunday, July 20, 2014. My little wagon and wheelbarrow. Around it I am starting to plant daylilies-some I've brought from La. Anyway, I decided to put the wagon and wheelbarrow in the middle of all this as plants aren't full in the bed yet. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. What I Wore Today. randomcrafter: December 2009
http://randomcrafter.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 24, 2009. It's Christmas Eve and as usual DH and I cooked our Christmas dinner and then went to the early candlelight service at church. I gave little Zippy a bath this morning for Christmas and he's now all clean, fluffy and smells good. It rained yet again today! The yard is mushy and we have a lot of standing water. Out in the back it looks like a lake. Friday, December 4, 2009. A very good quote. I ran across this quote today. It is excellent. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Thursday, July 1, 2010. Today is the date of my Dad's birthday. He has been gone just over 7 years. He always liked to mow the grass, so I mowed some today in his memory. My Mom was a good cook. Today I made stuffed peppers like she did. They were pretty good and I think she would have been proud. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. What I Wore Today. Unfurling - Mei Noel.
