Ethan had a great time at the pumpkin patch choosing a pumpkin, but I think he lost interest after that. Jesse, on the other hand, had big plans for this pumpkin! Today was a vast improvement for pain management now that the thrush is getting better and the Percocet is helping with pain. I still can't do much without getting nauseous but I am getting better. Jesse, Stephanie, and Ethan Holt. Sunday, April 26, 2009. Well, I have discovered the root of all my maladies. Low ferritin levels. Mine are at 7! My doctor told me they are supposed to be 50-70 for optimal health. I am now on a massive dose of iron and B12 (it was low too), and the next step is a visit to a hematologist to see why my iron levels got this low in the first place. I'm pretty excited! We celebrated miss Izzy’s coming of age in the Jewish tradition. Thankfully Joel briefed us on the cultural traditions of the ceremony so we were able to capture all of the special moments.
