Peaches with Honey, Goat Cheese, and Pine Nuts. October 11, 2014. Peaches with Honey, Goat Cheese, and Pine Nuts. Hi Ummm. Is this thing on? Long time no post, eh? But with fresh fruit, I just buy what is in season and looks good. I thought I would ease myself in here with a easy one. It’s not even a recipe. And peaches are probably no longer in season where you are. However, it was a pretty awesome flash of brilliance on my part, so I wanted it recorded here. 2 tbsp goat cheese. 1 tbsp pine nuts.

I tried a lot of new recipes this week and I have some winners! First up are blueberry muffin bites. Think Lara bar in blueberry muffin form! How to Crack a Coconut. September 3, 2011. This recipe comes from my friend Shawna of styleberryBLOG. Hers calls for 2 cups of chocolate chips and 1 cup of nuts, but I wanted Heath Bars, so that is what I used. 1 cup room temperature butter. 1 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 2 teaspoons hot water. 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar. 1 bag mini Heath Bars. Cream together the butter with both sugars. Cream until very light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add the Heath Bars and mix until just combined.
