Adventures of a Vagabond: A whole 3 days off!!!
http://krohlin.blogspot.com/2008/10/whole-3-days-off.html
Adventures of a Vagabond. Join the Navy.See the World! A whole 3 days off! Over the last month, lots and LOTS of stuff has happened. It's really crazy if I actually think back to all the events that took place in the last few weeks. I did not really understand the meaning of the word "busy" until MULTI-SAIL 2008. I think that may have been a turning point in many people's lives.or at least their tours in Japan. I love days off! Ha ha ha/ / / nice. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Jo - Back to Iraq.

Adventures of a Vagabond. Join the Navy.See the World! Shorebreak '09 was AWESOME! So, after some prayer (because high school kids are scary and completely nutz! And a request to my CAPT to let me go on this crazy adventure (extending my transfer date to 13 April), I was in. Of course, it was the greatest decision ever! These high school kids were cool! Kylea, asked me to join their team, won the tournament! We got these sweet CHAMPION T-shirts and felt super cool! Here is a pic of room #205.my girls!

Adventures of a Vagabond: September 2010
http://krohlin.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Adventures of a Vagabond. Join the Navy.See the World! Bahamas and a Road Trip. This is a letter that I wrote to my Grandma (which Mom liked so much that she typed up and "suggested" that I put in my blog for all). Probably insert some mushy stuff that grandmas love). In May I drove from Charleston, SC to Charlotte, NC to catch a flight to the Bahamas to spend a week with Josh and Nathan (2 of my bros) at an all-inclusive resort just for fun! The next day we drove to Boulder, CO which is just 30 minutes ...

Adventures of a Vagabond: Mom comes to visit!
http://krohlin.blogspot.com/2009/04/mom-comes-to-visit_22.html
Adventures of a Vagabond. Join the Navy.See the World! Mom comes to visit! December: My mom flew out for 11 days over the holiday leave period just before Christmas. We had a great time! It started out with our command holiday party (that I had to organize as the MWR officer) in mid-December. Here is a pic of mom and I at the party.she was cutting a rug out on the dance floor! Then mom left and it was back to work! But, then I became the Assistant Weapons Officer, which turned out to be not that bad....

Adventures of a Vagabond: Tokyo Marathon, 22 MARCH 2009
http://krohlin.blogspot.com/2009/04/tokyo-marathon-22-march-2009.html
Adventures of a Vagabond. Join the Navy.See the World! Tokyo Marathon, 22 MARCH 2009. I finally did it. I ran a marathon, and I liked it! So, way back in October (or sometime a long time ago) I had this brilliant idea one day and decided to put my name in the lottery for the Tokyo Marathon (to be held in March). Apparently a few of my friends also had the same independent brilliant idea as well. Without realizing that the marathon is highly biased towards accepting foreigners.Surprise! Though I could not...

Adventures of a Vagabond. Join the Navy.See the World! Passion World Tour Tokyo 2008. Check it out here: PASSION World Tour 2008. A bunch of us from the Lighthouse crew headed up to Tokyo for the Passion World Tour stop in Tokyo. We saw some of the greats including Chris Tomlin, David Crowder, and Louis Giglio. It was a quick event this time (compared to the week long Passion 2006 in Nashville), but pretty cool nonetheless. Talbot and I in the stands at Passion Tokyo 2008. View my complete profile.
