My big sister Katie and her husband Matt announced on Friday that they are expecting (through a wonderful, selfless woman) a baby boy on January the 10th! He came highly recommended through online reviews and also my friend Lauren (who also happened to recommend my wonderful OB), and I'm glad I listened. He is so kind and easy going, and he is just exactly what I wanted in my baby's doctor. He weighed 8lbs 14oz! And that's AFTER losing 7oz in the hospital. I am currently working as the Chief Meteorologist for CBS 2 and KCAL 9 News. My communications career began in 1993 when I got my first job as a field reporter at WICD-TV in Champaign, Illinois.
