Josie Cosgrove - Studio 3: February 2010
http://josiestudio3.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Josie Cosgrove - Studio 3. Monday, February 22, 2010. Workshop #1 - Portrait Revision. For this image, I was just experimenting with different colours of cellophane in front of the lights. I had a blue backlight, shining through a piece of wood with lots of holes in it, and a green snoot light on the subject. I wanted to use a rembrandt lighting style for this portrait to make it look more edgy. I don't know what you would use this portrait for, maybe advertising a club or something?

Josie Cosgrove - Studio 3: Workshop #8 - Deep Etching
http://josiestudio3.blogspot.com/2010/06/workshop-8-deep-etching.html
Josie Cosgrove - Studio 3. Tuesday, June 22, 2010. Workshop #8 - Deep Etching. For this workshop we learnt an effective way to deep etch a subject on the cyclorama. This is useful for our digital imaging major assignment, in which we have to take a photograph of someone in the studio and place them in a landscape. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Josie Cosgrove - Imaging 3: Panorama
http://josieimaging3.blogspot.com/2010/05/panorama.html
Josie Cosgrove - Imaging 3. Monday, May 24, 2010. Here is my finished panorama. It was taken at the top of Burnt stump hill, out the back of Gungahlin. Not too happy with it really, as the sky is incredibly boring. It did stitch nicely however. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Picture Window theme. Powered by Blogger.

Josie Cosgrove - Imaging 3. Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Just doing some experiments with HDRs before I put my presentation together. This was in Burano in Venice, it was a lovely little island with wonderfully coloured buildings. It was quite spectacular. I included before and after pictures to give you a feel of the effects of a HDR image. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Picture Window theme. Powered by Blogger.

Josie Cosgrove - Imaging 3: Calibration #3
http://josieimaging3.blogspot.com/2010/05/calibration-3.html
Josie Cosgrove - Imaging 3. Tuesday, May 4, 2010. Unfortunately I was ill for this calibration and was not present. But Chi did a very good job after help from Geoff to change the colour balance. So hopefully the next calibration will be as accurate as this one! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Picture Window theme. Powered by Blogger.

Josie Cosgrove - Folio Development: May 2010
http://josiefolio.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Josie Cosgrove - Folio Development. Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Final Draft - Poster. Here is my poster for my RSPCA campaign. It hasn't changed since my first draft as I am pretty happy with it. So I decided to make 'Pet is for Life.' my main message, and I have kept the same two fonts throughout my campaign. The blue colour on the RSPCA logo has stayed as my font colour throughout also. Final Draft - Banner. Final Draft - Pamphlet. Wednesday, May 12, 2010. 3 Mediums First Draft - Updated Concept. I had mult...

http://josiefolio.blogspot.com/2010/06/poster-version-2.html
Josie Cosgrove - Folio Development. Wednesday, June 2, 2010. Poster - Version 2. Ok so here is my second version of my poster. This time with the dog lying down and without the shadow going across him, so I think it does look better. Still not sure about the text, I tried moving it around but this was the position which worked the best I think. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Poster - Version 2. Poster - Version 1. Josie Cosgrove - Studio 3. Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Workshop #3 - Hasselblads. Yay we got to work with the hasselblads finally! And they were SO incredibly slow. I am considering downloading the software so I can use it on my laptop rather than those ancient apple computers because it took almost 5 minutes to take each shot! The quality is just lovely and there is just so much you can do with such a large file. Workshop #2 - Product Revision. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Workshop #3 - Hasselblads.
