Tsp apple cider vinegar. 1 clove garlic, grated, pressed or finely chopped. Sea salt (to taste). 1 avocado, pitted and sliced. 1 red pepper, sliced. 1 carrot, grated. 1 tsp tamari or soy sauce (optional). 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast. 1) Blend together all the ingredients of the cashew cheese until smooth. 2) Wash collard leaves and let dry.
