This is as blog-y as I get. December 6, 2009. The moment we’ve all been waiting for…. I got my student teaching placements yesterday! There are two 7-week blocks. I’ll be at Providence Elementary for both of them. The first block will be 5th grade, and the second block is 1st grade! Yesterday was my last day of practicum in my 2nd grade class. It was so sad! I loved that class! And as you have witnessed in the previous post, they are hilarious! Here is a picture of the card he gave me. Isnt that so cute?

Wednesday, January 23, 2013. When we first got on the plane. We look happy, fresh and excited! We had a non-stop flight from SLC to Paris. yeah a long flight! I got some sleep but mostly we were just excited! This was our first gelato in Italy. I am in love of gelato. We had at least one a day! If you notice the street behind us, it was still decorated for Christmas and it was BEAUTIFUL! We loved walking down the streets with tons of lights and decor. It truly was magical! Monday, March 19, 2012. Currently I am reading a book called Born to Run:. A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen. When I 1st started to take up running I did it because I wanted to loose weight but soon learned this was a way for me to collect my thoughts of a stressful day, to breath in fresh air and enjoy the beauty around me. It was more than loosing it weight, it was something that made me happier and something I realized I loved doing. What is holding me back?

WELCOME TO EMILY'S BLOG! Baptisms for the dead weekend! I hope u all had a gr8 weekend last weekend! I just wanted to share with u all that last Sat I was able to go with the Singles ward for Baptisms for the dead and it was awesome! It was fun being and goin with everyone and goin to Manti was very pretty with all the fall colors the Temple looked really pretty in the Fall. While bein at the Temple I was able to confirm 20 people! Well thats about it and I hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween!

All month our students have been learning a song to sing for it. We sent home flyers asking if anyone knew any veterans they could invite. We had a pretty good showing!
