Sports Mom: December 2008
http://shipmanteam.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 28, 2008. Well another Christmas has come and gone already! Stan was put on everything opposite this past week and with the weather and everything that was crazy, he was frustrated by the end of the week! I kept telling him as we would talk on the phone while he was gone that we needed to be thankful he has a job right now and to try and think of the positive! That was one I'll never forget! Grandpa Shipman watching the boys play air hockey. BOY was she HAPPY! It is really nice and warm.

Sports Mom: November 2008

Saturday, November 22, 2008. Arsenic and Old Lace. Tyler joined the Drama Club this year (which really cracked me up when he told me), and this weekend was their first production. Tyler played the part of Teddy in this play and it was HILARIOUS! The cast did such a great job and had us laughing both nights. When the first scene opens Tyler is standing with his back to the us and when he turned around I seen him with the mustache I thought I was going to die laughing! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Monday, May 26, 2008. Here is the MUD Hens Crew! Don't they just look EXCITED! All our kids plus Tyler's girlfriend Kelly. Taylor and Kelly were SO EXCITED to be at the game! Not sure where he came from, but he was with us! LOL Holger the GANGSTA! The Mud Hens lost, but as most people know me I NEVER know the score, just who wins and who doesn't! LOL I'm terrible about stuff like that! Even at my own kids games, I never know what the score is. The kids swam all weekend! Trevor slam dunking the basketball!

Sports Mom: Decorating the Tree
http://shipmanteam.blogspot.com/2008/12/decorating-tree.html
Sunday, December 7, 2008. We spent today doing some baking, decorating, and then lastly we put the tree up. The kids pretty much do all the decorating of the tree, Stan and I just sit and watch. Obviously I am not picky about how my tree looks. I figure that I will have many years to do it my way when they are out of the house. Yes they really do love each other! HOT CHOCOLATE with Hershey chocolate mint candy canes. Taylor had more flour on herself than under the cookies. View my complete profile.

Sports Mom: February 2009
http://shipmanteam.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 4, 2009. Tyler attended his first Homecoming Dance a few weeks ago. Kelly is only in the 8th grade so she could not attend with him. He said he had an okay time, but they didn't have any food there! A TEENAGE BOY WITH NO FOOD? They are like babies, eat every 2 hours! HA HA My cousin Ashlyn was the sophomore attendant, so we got a pic of her and Tyler together. Also, our friends little girl and one that I use to babysit for was the flower girl. Everyone looked so great! They had fun pl...

Sports Mom: January 2009
http://shipmanteam.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 15, 2009. Well it's been a few weeks since I last blogged. We've been just hanging out at home lately. With all the snow and cold weather I just want to stay home at night. Stan is still making his drive to WI every weeknight and lately, he has been running out of hours, due to traffic backed up. We have been so thankful though that God has kept him safe so far! Kelly ended up with I think four stitches right in the center of her forehead. It ended up getting infected even after tre...

CLICK HERE FOR THOUSANDS OF FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Looking out my bedroom window this morning, I spotted the first tiny, fresh, green leaves of spring misting over bare, brown branches. What a welcome sight after the long, dark, Alaskan winter. Sometimes it seems that winter here just will never end…but it finally does, sometimes earlier, sometimes later, but spring always comes! That brown, dry, wrinkled spring bulb has to go through a time of cold and darkness, before it can aga...
