筑波山麓の手打ち蕎麦と鴨料理の「鴨亭」のブログです。 ホームページでは紹介できない日々のあれこれを 綴っていきたいと思います。今はうちの奥さんが書くことがおおいです。 筑波の鴨亭で、主人の母に教わりながら妹と一緒に３０キロも４０キロも仕込んだ時のことは、今でも（と言うより今だからこそよけいに）懐かしく思い出されます。 今年は梅ブランデーと黒糖梅ブランデーを仕込みました。黒糖は、息子が修学旅行で買ってきた沖縄産です。 梅からの連想というわけでもありませんが、このごろ毎朝ウグイスの鳴き声が聞こえると、守谷在住のスタッフY.Y.さんが一週間ほど前に話していました。 早春から鳴き始めるウグイスですが、最初のころはへたくそで、なかなか上手く鳴けないでいます。 今頃のウグイスはもうすっかり慣れたもの。澄んだ声で「ほーほけきょ！」と繰り返しているのでしょう。 こんなに美しい声の持ち主でありながら姿は地味なそうです。私も声がするとよく捜しましたが、一度も姿を見たことがありません。なんとも心をそそる小鳥です。 雨のち晴れの予報どおり、午前中に雨が止み、雲が切れて山が顔を出しました。 晩御飯担当の主婦にはお助けメニューであ...
